Calibration and reworking of measuring instruments and standards

The surface accuracy of measuring equipment is subject to strict quality requirements in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. For this reason, regular calibrations and certifications are necessary. The recommended recalibration period for measuring equipment is 2 years. You’ll ensure consistent quality with a complete, verifiable calibration.

To this end, PLANOLITH offers an independent repair and calibration service for measuring equipment of all makes. We only use measuring instruments that are calibrated by governmental institutes and are based on nationals standards that meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001.

Our calibration technicians have many years of experience and are expertly trained in the processes and requirements of DAkkS calibration.

Calibration in our DAkkS laboratory

Customers can send their measuring equipment to PLANOLITH in Aschaffenburg. The machining and calibration takes place in an air-conditioned DAkkS laboratory, a prerequisite for issuing a DakkS calibration certificate.

Mobile calibration and repair service

Alternatively, we offer calibration and reworking for measuring equipment as a mobile service to our customers at a fixed price (if desired, we issue a DAkkS calibration certificate). Our specialists for the preparation of granite surfaces come directly to your company upon request. This saves you packing and transport costs and minimizes downtime.

This service is generally available to you for any size or quantity. The service becomes even less expensive, if – at your company or in the surrounding area – multiple square meters accrue and orders can be bundled together.

A works calibration certificate for the measurement parameters: evenness, parallelism, straightness, squareness, in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001, is included in this service.

Upon request, we will issue a DAkkS calibration certificate for an additional charge. The prerequisites for this are suitable rooms with a constant temperature and humidity.
